Allegation that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s App tht is official mobile application was sending personal user data to third party without any users permission. caused a furore on social media in India and drew criticism from the leader of the main opposition party on Sunday.
In Narendra Modi’s App, When you create profile, all your information include your device info (OS, network type, Carrier …) and personal data (email, photo, gender, name, …) are send without your permission to third party domain in.wzrkt.com,” read his tweet.
Modi’s ruling Bharatiya Janata Party refused the allegation and said the data was being used just for analytics to offer all users the most contextual content.
